Requirements

Lead Manager is a web-based application. This means:

• You install nothing; you simply continue to use whatever browser you normally view the internet with
• You need a computer workstation and internet access for each of your users (salesmen and managers). Lead Manager is both PC and MAC compatible and you can use any internet connection, however broadband is recommended. With these capabilities, you can view this software from any computer with access to the internet
• We take care of everything: providing you with customizations and upgrades imperceptibly so that you don't need to worry about the technical side of things

Additionally, since only you have access to your database, you get your own personalized version of the software. This means that customization is not only possible but welcome and even encouraged. Any features that you feel the software could use or modifications specific to your particular needs, we are more than willing to customize the software to fit your requests, no matter how small or how big.

If a suggestion is made which we feel will improve the software for everyone, we upgrade your version to include the changes without you ever needing to do a thing.
