Lead Manager is a web-based application that consists of two major parts: the Salesman View and the Manager View. The true beauty of the software, however, comes from the integration of these two pieces and every other part of the lead management process so that every aspect of each lead is all part of one interconnected system.

The salesman's view is organized around the purpose of calling leads. The users main view is a listing of their current leads sorted and filtered according to the users specifications, giving them the availability to sort leads, quickly and efficiently. The salesman also has a reminder window to keep them updated and informed of any appointments that may be set to call potential clients. When searching for a particular lead there is a quick search field located on the main page which allows the salesman to search using the leads name, work phone or home phone number and email address. Once a lead is selected this will bring up the lead's information page with all the contact info, lead status and any notes on that lead. The salesman also has the availability to add leads to the system (I.E. call-ins, referrals, etc) this feature will automatically assign the lead to the salesman's queue who added the lead into the software. The report feature allows the salesman to get an up-to-the-minute report on his own performance over any date range.

The manager's view allows the manager to control three main areas within the software: Reports, general Management and Leads. The manager can see reports on employee and affiliate (lead source) performance over any date range. The manager can assign, unassign and reassign leads en masse (through particular filters, if desired) or individually. The manager can also add new leads to the system individually (e.g. phone calls, etc) or in groups by uploading spreadsheets into the system. The manager can manage affiliate and employee information as well as define the states that the company is allowed to do business in, control when (and if) auto-generated emails are sent out to clients on particular events/actions and send mass emails, predefined or on the fly, to all or any filtered groupings of leads in the system.

Bringing all of these functions together with a couple of others to create one completely integrated system sharing all the information and keeping everyone completely up-to-date is one of the main reasons that Lead Manager is so efficient.
